I pre-ordered this pack a few months before it was released. But I've been having recent difficulties getting The Sims 3 game launcher screen to load & like so many others, I've had to bypass the game launcher all together & because this is a pack where you create & share your sims you've made with other simming fans out there I found this was practically useless to me. I made the bad mistake by removing it from the packaging since I wanted to send it back anyway. I took it to a store to tradein which it was still sealed & only got 1p because game stores don't sell this product. So if your looking to trade it in, don't bother. Can't really call this a review because I couldn't play it to review it. But I would only recommend this to simmers who still have the game launcher fully functioning, cus if it ain't working then you've wasted your time studying it up & the money you'll spend.

I cannot get the uk update patch because there is apparently a region problem, There is no mention of what region this game is for, I contacted EA & for the last 2 weeks have been given patch details several times for"The Sims 3" base game. No matter how many times i have tried to explain to them it's The Sims 3 "Create a Sim" I need the patch for they don't seem to even know that they created such a game. Its more hassle than its worth & I would recommend buying the games instead of this peace of rubbish that they created purely for money & not costumer satisfaction.

I bought this because I didn't know if I wanted to buy the Sims 3, so this was a bit of a test run for me. After playing with it I decided to buy the full game. However, this is includedin the full game, so if you are definately going to buy the game, don't buy Create-a-sim!
OK - By: Master Christopher Poole, 03 May 2010 OK, however it is already built into sims 3, so its a bit of a waste but does mean you dont need to open sims 3 to use it. Got it because i wanted to try it & to get all sims 3 software.
