Considering I was going to buy the strange light swords that look like oversized lipsticks, imagine my sheer euthoria to find these for only £8 more, they look the part, they light up, they are sturdy & well made (not designed for bashing around, but it's nice to know they will not fall apart if you drop them). Only thing I think they could improve on is using sound effects when turning on, but for this I would gladly pay more money. Overall fantastic value for money, if anyone wants to win best gift for christmas awards this is a must.

Not sure what the hell the other reviewer is going on about!!! why give a one star review without any critism at all!! To answer his question...maybe he wants to actually read the description...does it say its offical anywhere on the description??? NO!!! So clearly not or they would have said that wouldn't they! Secondly...it references star wars but does not say light saber anywhere!! laser saberin one place & its called a glow saber..but not light saber.
Anyway...I like mine so my review was amongst the rant here. No faults at all! :)

I'm a fan of this idea, but surely it must be official if it is being called a Light Saber & referencing Star Wars. However I can't see anywhere that it is Official.... can anyone confirm??
