3 Stars for multiplayer 1 star for game - By: J. Wright, 05 Jan 2009
I completed this game after about 10 hours of play. I am not bragging as honestly I am not very good at games, this is merely an indication of how short the game is. It is not a bad game, the controls are pretty good & the graphics are what you expect on the Wii. The game is completely on rails, you cannot go off anywhere that isn'tin the script, even if there is an open door you cannot go through it unless that is what is planned. So it gets tedious pretty quickly.

The highlight of the game & the only reason for buying it is the multiplayer feature. This is an absolute joy but not a real improvement on Goldeneye. I wish they had spent a bit longer on the game because it has a lot of potential.
Quantum of Solace a very poor game - By: Usual Username, 05 Jan 2009
In short the game seems to be rushed to market for the Wii. The grapics are average, but the game becomes mediocre after a few hours play. You end up using the same strategies level after level. The game has severe problems with lagging at every stage. In my first day of playing the game shut down twice. In terms of a smooth reliable enjoyable game, Quantum of Solace comes a poor last. I am only thankful the games was a gift as I would have returned it.
James Bond - super spy - By: Scrooge, 03 Jan 2009
Great game, especially good with the wii zapper or light gun, very good levels, challenging. Also, there is a good variety of levels.

great game.
A good shooting game - By: Robert Smith, 30 Dec 2008
This is a good game but you must like the shooter games as that is all you do, nothing much to challenge your mental skills, I would of preferred a few puzzles to solve rather than it moves shoot it.

Apart from it being just a shoot up it is very cleaver, the bad guys have lots of fire power, your not killed instantly, If you take cover your life level is restored.

I have the cross bow type gun which works very well, I found It doubly hard using the controls without a gun attachment.

A good game If you enjoy shooting everything that moves & as long as you don't want puzzles to solve.
Fun-but it has it's drawbacks - By: Mrs. C. A. Lizzimore, 29 Dec 2008
Well i was starved of a online FPS on wii since medal of honor heroes 2. I knew quantum of solace wasnt going to be great, but it was worse than i thought. I got this game on my birthday & my immediate impressions where that i had bought a bog standard wii fPS. My impressions where later confirmed.

Graphics 2/5: Simply awful. I know the wii doesnt have that good graphics but these are really, really bad. Some parts are good, for example bond looks freakishly like daniel craig & gun models are pretty good. But overall its pretty bad. There are little to no special effects & the ones there are are pretty bad. But hey, if you own a wii you shouldnt care much about graphics as long as they're acceptable.

Gameplay 4/5: It's a basic FPS. Run & gun, but you can take cover & blindfire on your enemies & take them outin close quarter stealth takedowns, its a interesting addition & they are both surpisingly robust. But for anyone looking for a really fresh & innovative FPS don't expect much here. But overall, for a FPS fan this is a really good gamein terms of gameplay.

Lasting appeal 3/5: The campaign will take you a couple of hours at absolute most, thats if you can bypass the many glitches like the onein the second to last level which basically stops you from progressing any further. In terms of online multiplayer it's fun but shallow, it includes 4 players online, 12 classes with their own unique weapons, 4 game modes, 7 maps & not much besides. Your almost alwaysin the actionin every map & some levels are very well designed, butin the end there isnt much to come back for.

The game is choc a block with glitches, bugs, frame rate drops & bad effects, but if your willing to look past these theres a good game buried here, but it will never get the chance to shine. If you can, i would reccomend qos's bigger, bolder & better cousin call of duty world at war.
