READ THIS BEFORE BUYING !!! - By: Kevin.K, 09 Oct 2008
After seeing the G25 about 2 years ago I finally decided to buy it. It is true that it feels of great quality & the smell of real leather is really cool you when you rip open the plastic for the first time. The purpose of this review is to highlight the bad things about it, I was slightly dissapointed when I recieved this, especially because of all the amazing things I have heard about it.
1. The wheel does feel "Notchy" or "Clicky" I have been told that you get used to it & it goes away after a while.
2. The shifter is slightly dissapointing, it is usable but has a "Plasticy" feel to it, at first I was very dissapointed but again you get used to it.
3. Force feedback is slightly unrealistic. This is pretty much the first wheel i have, so I havent got a lot to compare it to but the force feedback as youre turning/going off road does feel slightly delayed & unrealistic, this is more of a opinion then a fact, but I personally am not 100% happy with it but its still pretty ok.
So basically consider this before buying it, & do NOT get your hopes up too high, I think thats what I done, I had heard soo many great things about it, so I was expeting this amazing, perfect flawless product. Its still good, but you got to ask yourself if its worth the money.
This is just my opinions & I hope it helps someone, feel free to ask questions by commenting.

After many weeks of thinking shall I buy one I just bought it & dont egret it 1 bit. I thought to myself if Im going to spend £100 on a wheel misewell go £50 more & get the daddy. This wheel is brilliant its build quality is great. On the PS3 it works perfect & the force feedback is brilliant. Also very good on PC titles like GTR2 & Race 07.
If you want the best wheel out there then get this.

I've been after one of these since buying a ps3 but was put of by the £200+ price tag. I also have a 360 wireless wheel & there is no comparison. The G25 feels stronger & the feedback is more realistic & F1, GT5 & ferrari challenge all run as smooth as you like.
Definitely worth the money. - By: R. Adcock, 27 May 2008
If you're considering buying one of these but are wondering (as I did) if you can justify the extra cost of this wheel over the cheaper ones I'd have to say it's worth every penny. The feel of this wheel is so much better it's hard to put it into words! Once it's fixed to a mounting it's completely solid, the force feedback is firm & convincing & the motion is smooth & responsive. The pedals are also great & of high quality & durability. The only part that doesn't quite measure up as others have said is the gear shift which is too loose.
This wheel is totally PS3 compatible. I use it with GT5 (if you hold down the Triangle button at the start of the race it activates the Clutch pedal as well although for some reason you can't set this upin the menus!), F1CE & soon Grid. Playing GT5 online it feels like cheating, especially on the Daytona circuit as the wheel allows for much more precise steering than a pad ever could. Also with the Force Feedback it's possible to tell exactly which wheel is on the rumble strip with your eyes closed. Obviously they've used some sort of voodoo there.
As an added bonus I've found that i can use the Gearstick console as extra buttons & a second hat switchin my flight-sims so even LockOn has become more enjoyable since i bought this!
G25 = Great fun... - By: John Andrew Griffiths, 25 Mar 2008
I started off with buying a Guillemot RGT Force Feedback Pro Clutch Edition wheel, but I found that after a while the outer wheel started to part company with the centre, even though the overall build quality was very good...
After this happened I treated myself to a G25, & I have to say this wheel isin a league of it's own. The quality is second to none & will no doubt last a very-very long time, I am disabled & unable to use the foot clutch, but I found I can use one of the paddles behind the wheel, you could also set the paddle on the other-side as a throttle as the movement is gradual & smooth...
I'd say, if you can afford it then go for the G25 you will not be disappointed...
Overall marks for the G25 has to be 10/10...
