I have been a fan of the Medal of Honour games for a long time now & always love a good WW2 FPS & this is no exception!! I haven't had any of the problems some people have stated & will happily play through the game again & again. I will agree it is to short but just start again! Apart from Borderlands (a truly awesome game) this is the most played gamein my collection. I can only hope we are graced with Airborne 2.
A worthy addition to the Medal of Honor series - By: technojunkie, 10 May 2010 You follow a group of paratroopers on various missions. The levels are partly free roaming & open-world with lots to explore. The action is bloody & intense & is better than most WW2 shooters. The online multiplayer is some of the best I have played with little or no lag whatsoever & someone always online for a game.

While I found this game to be goodin all areas,when you are killed, you find yourself back upin the plane having to jump all over again.This means you've to fight your way back to the same point again.This was especially annoyingin the flak tower mission.

Not bad at all - By: S. Unmack Larsen, 15 Dec 2008 Graphics are VERY detailed & impressive. You walk towards a stone wall, & textures stay sharp & clear right until you standin front of it. No fuzziness, no blurriness.
It does not look at all like Call of Duty, or Quake Wars. Shooters that most are familiar with. So what? it is another game, another way of doing things. There's quite another look to it. The view from the Flak Tower is spectacular: tremendously detailed, even far-away smoke actually moving.
Sound effects: bullets have a nasty buzzing "wwzzzzzeeerrr" as they ricochet around you. Better & scarier than heardin any other shooter. They sound DANGEROUS, & you almost dive under the table.
Medium Level is quite difficult. The solution is simple & obvious: keep you head down, & never volunteer. Treasure your scoped rifle, & take out as many as you can at the longest range possible. I like a singleplayer game such as this that doesn't let me respawn every 5 seconds. It's frustrating having to backtrack 20 minutes of careful play, but it teaches you to be even more careful.
And watch out for those grenades.
