In The Sims 3 you get to:
- Build your own kind of house/apartment
- Your own kind of Sims
- Go all over town & see your neighbors
The possibilities are endless! This game is amazing. Even though it is a game guide i'm talking about, it has a lot of words! No kidding. Butin the guide it tells you how to Create-A-Sim, build a basement & where all the other stuff is. (The other stuff is:
-rocks
-gems
-bugs
-metals
-fishing spots)
While I was reading this guide, I made a text-to-world connection. Over 7 billion people across the nation are playing this game! That's how popular it is. They post all of their houses & families/Sims that they have created on thesims3.com. Almost everyone should know that this guide has so much stuffin it, it has over 100 pagesin it.
I give this guide 5, yes, 5 stars. This guide was so helpful for me & probably other Sims 3 players. I hope that all my friends would know that I am a Sims 3 freak! But overall, this is the best guide ever!

Getting the guide helped me make the final switch from Sims2 to Sims3, having tried 3 times to play & enjoy the Sims3 since its release, I realised I needed more info/help & so bought the guide, & havnt looked back, infac now I have the EP, WA & need the guide for that too!

I bought this thinking i'd get some useful information. Its badly put together & hard to find what you're looking for. Half of the cheats don't work & it just states the obvious, to be honest. Pretty much everythingin this book is useless, the lists of what bait to use for certain fish is useful, thats probably about it. But ive been playing since The Sims 1 so i guess i knew how to play the sims but for anyone new to the sims it might be useful..

hmm ... handy but not essential ... if you enjoy the game anyway you will find your way through withouth the guide

There are a few mistakes & some of the cheats don't work since the book was printed before the final release of the game.
